Could someone tell me how the community Berlin has a stake in the hitherto new build appartments in Luisenstadt (Mitte) since 2008? As you all know the borough council of Mitte has invested a lot in the public space within Luisenstadt. However, what I really would like to know what the role of the local government and social institutes and on the other hand the private investors and market parties has been in the hitherto realized new build real estate projects that has completed from 2008 till so far.
Could someone show me what the share is of both commercial as non-commercial stakeholders within the new build real estate projects within Luisenstadt? Or where I can find this proportions?
I have already studied the policy document "Infrastruktur- und Bevölkerungsentwicklung Analysis Fördergebiet Städtebaulicher Denkmalschutz Luisenstadt (Mitte)", but it can not find who is responsible for the largest proportion of newly built appartments so far.
Thanks in advance for your response and tips. Because my interest in this matter is due to study reasons, this information is very important for me.
